Apartment is a great location, walking distance to beach and had everything we needed for a week stay in Waikiki. Accommodations were comfortable. Two adults and one child had enough space, parking is a plus and pool with hot tub is an added bonus. I would stay in this space again.

Pros: Good location - easy access to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Very well stocked with towels, kitchen, beach towels, etc. People were very quick to respond once notified apt had not been cleaned. Good security at building. Cons: Carpet was stained and dirty, apt had not been cleaned from previous guest so took 2 hrs for housekeeping to clean before we could check in, no contact info given so had to have apt security help locate who to contact to get apt cleaned so we could check in.

We stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed ourselves. Most things were good although there wasn’t a kitchen cloth or towel. We enjoyed all the restaurants around this hotel. Everyone there was helpful and very friendly.

Very good location right behind the Ritz Carlton. Host was responsive to any questions. Parking was very easy. In unit washer/dryer was nice. Furniture was a little dated and the sofa as stated by others was uncomfortable. But all in all 5/5 stars for location and convenience!

Overall, very pleased with our rental of #607. Pool and BBQ area was outstanding. Instruction were very clear. Although we did have to sort out TV instruction which was not exactly as written. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was a NIGHTMARE. Needs to be replaced with something more comfortable. Fully furnished kitchen and laundry was great. Parked car on level 5 in Slot 607. We were staying in the apartment for 10 nights. It was clean and in good overall condition. The apartment is very well equipped. It's a fairly old building and so is the apartment but it's kept well. I think it could do with some in-depth cleaning (curtains!).
Swimming pool area was nice and mostly empty. We were getting married during our stay and management has left us a wedding gift which was a nice touch.

It was easy staying here. No fuss. Comfortable, convenient, centrally located and offered things to make life easier. We would stay here again. They had beach chairs, an umbrella and a laundry basket which made things easier.

Unfornately for us, the pool was being worked on during our stay so we couldn't enjoy that. No fault of the host.

Perfect location, which is very close to everything (restaurant, cafe, shop, and beach). The property provides everything you need for a short-term stay, and it is really nice to have in-unit laundry. Overall, the property is clean, The only issue is that there are ants on the dinning table and we can't put food or drink on it. As mentioned in the property description, there are maintenance work ongoing just outside the lanai. We were asked to remove the furniture or car couple times, and need to shut the water off on one day, which can be annoying.
