Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the hotel. The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. A short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (Price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

  We liked the studio. It had almost everything we needed for our time there. It is a nice walk to the beach, and you can find good food around the area. I'd add a cutting board to the kitchen tools, but that's it.

  This was a delightful spot to stay. The room was clean, bright and pretty, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. The bed is super comfy, the Netflix choices extensive and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked.
  The room is quiet, with a great outlook, and no one close enough to peer into the windows! The location is good. A little outside of all the hustle and bustle of beachside Waikiki, but close enough that a walk or a short Uber ride will get you to the heart of things.
  Overall, a lovely place to stay.

  We walked everywhere! Loved the location. The room was also pretty nice, perfect for two people. Only complaint is the terrible smell in the lobby, which you only have to endure when you’re arriving and leaving!

  The unit is in a great location (just a few blocks from the beach). The bed was comfortable, and the unit was pretty quiet. The pictures of the place are accurate. We took the public transit to the Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbor, which was fairly easy to figure out. Enjoyed walking on Waikiki beach and shopping at the beachfront shops. We found the free laundry a nice bonus.
  
  On the negative side, the unit's flooring is warping and there is no lanai to sit on and enjoy the view. No dishwasher, so the glasses, plates, etc. were slightly filmy due to rinsing with tap water. The unit is small, but that is how it is described.
  
  Overall, it was a reasonably priced alternative to a hotel stay, well located, and comfy.

  Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in einem Hotel in Waikiki, alles ist perfekt erreichbar. Ein- und Auschecken ist easy, und alles war vorhanden, was ich für meinen 2 Tages-Aufenthalt benötigt habe. Konnte früher einchecken, der Vermieter ist sehr flexibel und reagiert schnell. Alles super also. Kann keinen Haken finden. Top!

  The property was just as it looks in the pictures and as described. It was clean and spacious for the two of us. The property was part of a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. It had views of the canal. Location was a few blocks back from the main strip but we knew that and that was the appeal for us. Only a short walk though to shops, restaurants and beach.
  Customer service was good and were very accomodating.
  We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend this room.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is pricey with having to valet vehicle but valet works were very nice and friendly. AC works well, has streaming service logged in, easy to access, the lobby always smelt good, good view good location. Place is good for 2 people no more.

  The studio is exactly as pictured, very clean, neat and modern. Overall good location, parking is expensive so would recommend street parking if you are lucky enough to find. Check in was complicated by security, but Rita was extremely helpful in getting it sorted out - too bad the man at security wasn't gracious enough to apologize for the experience. Would consider staying here again. I would recommend the following: a small dresser be brought in and placed under TV to give for more surface space (as opposed to using counter) and a place to put clothes that don't hang; screen on slider so the door can be left open; stronger AC unit.
