Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the Wyndham Hotel and we do not provide housekeeping, towel service or replenish your toiletries since there are no resort fees.

Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: House keeping service, condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

  Very nice private suite located in the Wyndham Royal Garden. Quiet location just outside of the busy Waikiki scene near the canal. Only a short walk through scenic Fort DeRussey Park to a beautiful beach or a short 10 minute into the heart of Waikiki. Trolleys or city buses very close by as well. The Royal Gardens is a very nice building with a smaller but warm pool and nice courtyard surrounding it. An added bonus was the complimentary laundry area. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended.

  We had a really good stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We had some issues with the window and the tv initially but they were rectified very quickly. Great view. The roosters made sure we didn’t sleep in.

  The hotel was very nice to begin with. The room that I booked was very nice and impressive. I had a little issue with the bed because the bed frame was broken so the bed was a little shaky and noisy, but I contacted the Happy Vacations rep and the issue was resolved very quickly.
